At Code 3 Home Inspections LLC, we prioritize serving you as our valued client, whether you are a buyer or seller. We highly encourage you to be present during the inspection process so that we can provide you with an overview of our findings. Afterwards, we will provide you with a comprehensive written report, which we will be happy to answer any questions you may have about. We understand that everyone’s schedule is different, which is why we offer flexible appointment schedule, accommodating buyers, sellers, and realtors alike. Our goal is to deliver our reports within 24-36 hours after the inspection is completed, unless further research is needed. However, please note that water testing, air quality testing, and wdo/termite inspections are conducted by third-party labs or contractors. During the inspection, we also offer additional services such as insurance inspections, roof certifications, and wind mitigation.
