I am proud to hold the prestigious title of InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®), a recognition that highlights my commitment to excellence in the field of home inspections. Additionally, I am a graduate of the Inspection Certification Associates School, where I completed the rigorous Home Inspector Certificate Program.

My inspiration to become a Home Inspector came about after having purchased and renovated several homes throughout my life. My passion for real estate, architecture, building construction, and experience with home improvements ultimately led me to this profession. My desire is to help other home owners with less knowledge and experience so they could make a well-informed decision.

With a career spanning 28 years in the fire service, culminating as a Retired Chief Fire Officer, I’ve developed a keen eye for safety and attention to detail that is second to none. My certifications as a Florida certified Home Inspector, InterNachi Certified Property Inspector, Florida Certified Fire Inspector II, Fire Investigator II, Fire Officer III, Fire Instructor III and Paramedic further underscore my dedication to the well-being of our community.
